The Marketing Association of Uzbekistan has published a ranking of marketing effectiveness for 357 brands and 32 agencies in Uzbekistan based on the results of 2024. This ranking was developed based on awards received in both international and domestic competitions and prizes included in the ranking list. The ranking reflects the results of professional achievements and serves as a tool for the objective assessment of advertising campaign effectiveness, market positioning strategies, and promotion.

In 2024, the Kia brand demonstrated outstanding achievements by implementing strategies aimed at meeting the expectations and demands of consumers in Uzbekistan. The launch of new models, particularly the compact crossover Sonet, which is assembled at the ADM Jizzakh CKD plant and adapted to local market requirements, along with the active use of digital communication channels and creative advertising campaigns, enabled the brand to secure a strong position in the automotive industry.

In January, the electric crossover Kia EV9 was unveiled, setting a new standard in the electric vehicle segment. In February, sales of the new Kia Sorento crossover commenced, followed by the bestseller Kia Sonet in April. In May, the Kia Carens crossover was introduced, and in July, the updated business sedan Kia K5 was launched.

One of the key projects of the year was the campaign with the slogan "The Era of New Leaders is Coming," which successfully combined national values with modern technological solutions. In October, at the TAF!24 festival, the Kia Sonet was recognized as the "Breakthrough of the Year" in the SUV-B category, while the radio advertisement "The Era of New Leaders is Coming" received a "Silver" award.

It is also worth noting that the Kia brand sponsored the popular television show Ovoz (“The Voice”) in Uzbekistan, where the winner of each season is presented with keys to a Kia vehicle.

Social initiatives and sporting events have played a significant role in Kia's activities:

  • In April, the Kia brand organized the Kia Go motor rally in the Samsarak Parkent district of Tashkent region;
  • In May, it became the sponsor of the BEFIT running event in Kokand;
  • In August, it sponsored the BEFIT Race 2024 at Amirsoy Resort.
