As part of the program implementation, it is planned to employ 5.2 million people by 2025, with the aim of providing them with profitable jobs.

Additionally, during 2025–2026, a cooperation system in the poultry sector will be established in the Namangan, Tashkent, Khorezm, and other regions, which will include business projects such as the construction of modern slaughter facilities (poultry farms), cold storage warehouses, product and waste processing, breeding of pedigree chicks, and production capabilities for poultry products.

To engage low-income families, the following projects will be implemented in 2025:

- Establishment of forests with industrial, decorative, and fruit tree species, as well as the creation of nurseries and cultivation of medicinal plants on 20,000 hectares of forest fund land.

Furthermore, starting from July 1, 2025, members of low-income families who provide information about the trees they have planted on the "Ecoactive Citizen" platform will receive a subsidy of 1 BRV for every 100 trees planted on forest fund lands.
