According to Marina Slutskaya, the Director of Sustainable Development and International Cooperation at DOM.RF, the Russian construction sector has made significant strides, thanks in part to the company's active involvement. This includes advancements in mortgage lending and project financing, the establishment of a civilized rental housing market, and the implementation of eco-friendly building standards. “We are ready to share our expertise for a qualitative breakthrough in the republic's construction industry. Our colleagues have shown interest in our solutions, including the export of digital products,” Slutskaya noted.
During the meetings, the possibility of launching a pilot project for the implementation of escrow accounts in the Sergeli district of Tashkent—one of the city's most rapidly developing areas—was discussed. The creation of a unified registry of developers in Uzbekistan and the introduction of digital technologies were also raised.
Acting General Director of "DOM.RF Technologies" Alexander Lukyanov reported that there was particular interest in developments related to information modeling and the use of "Digital Construction Control" (DCC) technology. This software enables effective management of construction projects, documentation, and information models, providing developers with access to current and reliable information about construction sites.
Lukyanov also emphasized the importance of collaboration in the education sector. The Russian side is prepared to provide partner universities in Uzbekistan with software for training students in working with information models and digital technologies in construction. This will enhance the qualifications of specialists in the field and strengthen the country's human resources potential.
As a result of the negotiations, there was a strong interest in implementing advanced technologies and mutual experience exchange, creating favorable conditions for further cooperation between Uzbekistan and DOM.RF.
