Two investors have shown interest in acquiring a 70% state stake in UZ CHASYS.

As a privatization consultant, Portfolio Investments was engaged to support the process. By the established deadline of December 17, 2024, the consultant received applications from two international investors expressing interest in acquiring the asset.

After a thorough analysis, all submitted applications were approved, and their authors moved on to the next stage of privatization.

In the next phase, participants must present Binding Offers to the consultant for the purchase of the asset. The deadline for submitting offers is set for 11:59 PM (Tashkent time) on January 31, 2025.

Additionally, by the specified deadline, participants are required to transfer a guarantee payment of at least 1% of the proposed binding price offer. This payment is made through the personal account on the electronic platform "E-auksion." Guarantee payments will be returned to all participants upon completion of the privatization process, except for the winner, for whom this amount will be credited as part of the final payment and transferred to the Privatization Fund.
