The client has been tasked with organizing the reorganization of engineering communications in new areas using their own funds. Additionally, they are expected to place orders for the development of architectural projects.

Eltech Industrial was established based on the Ohangaron Tech Industrial technopark following a presidential decree in January. There are plans to expand the complex by 214 hectares to accommodate new projects for the processing of copper and rare earth metals, as well as the production of electrical engineering.

The same decree restricted the import of televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, radiators, and various other electrical appliances into Uzbekistan, while also mandating the presence of authorized service centers by manufacturers or official dealers.

The master plan for the technopark includes its division into 19 lots, 15 of which have already been sold through an online auction. Construction is underway on three sites, while preparations are ongoing for the remaining ones.
