Nevertheless, the production of gas condensate in 2024 increased by 1.4%, reaching 1.21 million tons compared to the same period in 2023.
Uzbekistan's enterprises also boosted coal production by 26.2%, bringing the total to 8.17 million tons.
The statistics agency emphasized that the volume of gas produced from underground coal gasification in 2024 amounted to 107.4 million cubic meters, which is 38.76% higher than in 2023.
