By the end of November 2024, the share of gold in the total export volume accounted for 27.4%, which is lower than the figure for 2023, when it reached 35.1%.
In the first 11 months of 2024, Uzbekistan's total external trade turnover amounted to $59.4 billion, an increase of $2.1 billion, or 3.6%, compared to the same period in 2023.
Of this amount, exports totaled $24.22 billion (which is 4.4% higher than January-November 2023), while imports reached $35.14 billion (an increase of 3.0%). As a result, the external trade balance showed a negative value of -$10.92 billion.
