"Wallace and Gromit" are back after a 19-year hiatus.

On January 3, the new animated film "Wallace and Gromit: The Wildest Revenge" premiered on the streaming service Netflix. This release marks the first full-length continuation of the famous franchise in the last 19 years, following the film "Curse of the Were-Rabbit."

Like previous works from Aardman Studios, the new film is created using traditional stop-motion animation techniques. The directors are Oscar-winning Nick Park and Merlin Crossingham.

The animated film has already received high praise from international critics. On the review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, it boasts a 100% positive rating based on 90 reviews, while its average score on Metacritic stands at 82 out of 100 from 25 reviews.

Previously, at the end of December, "The Wildest Revenge" was aired on the British channel BBC, where the premiere attracted over 9 million viewers.

On the Netflix platform, the animated film is available with an official Russian-language dubbing. The movie has a runtime of 79 minutes.
