Wildberries is set to produce a film showcasing the growth of its marketplace.

Vladislav Bakalchuk has announced the commencement of work on a feature film about Wildberries. In his Telegram channel, he shared that the film, titled "Wild Berries," will reflect the story of the marketplace, showcasing its ups and downs. Viewers can expect vibrant characters, archetypal villains, and a happy ending.

The screenplay will be based on the memories of those involved in the events and materials from family archives. The project's budget is estimated at 200 million rubles (around $2 million), with part of the funds expected to be raised through the Russian Film Fund. Negotiations are already underway with directors and producers, and the film team is preparing a funding application.

A separate episode of the film will be dedicated to the establishment of the company's IT department.
