50% of VAT paid by livestock and poultry farms will be refunded.
Starting from April 1, 2025, until January 1, 2028, a procedure will be implemented to refund 50% of the value-added tax (VAT) paid to the budget for livestock and poultry farms by the 25th of each month.

A decree has been signed by the president titled “On Additional Measures to Support Livestock and Poultry Farming, as well as to Create High Added Value in the Industry.”
According to the decree, the following has been approved:
- projected indicators for meat and milk production in 2025;
- projected indicators for poultry meat and egg production in 2025;
- indicators for employment support based on a cooperative system in poultry farming in the regions for 2025;
- projected indicators for poultry product exports in 2025.
Additionally, within the framework of the project “Poultry Breeding – A Source of Income,” there are plans to create employment for one million people based on a cooperative system in meat and egg production.
The duration of tax benefits for breeding enterprises has been extended until January 1, 2028. These include: payment of profit tax, property tax, land tax, and tax for the use of water resources at rates reduced by 50%.
