Узбекские авиакомпании возвратили пассажирам 220 млн сумов из-за неудовлетворительного качества обслуживания.

“As a result of the investigation into these complaints, a recalculation in favor of consumers amounting to approximately 220 million sums has been ensured,” the statement says.

In particular, there were instances of consumer dissatisfaction due to flight delays lasting several hours, during which passengers were not provided with rest rooms, clean drinking water, or food.

There were also cases where passengers canceled their tickets due to prolonged flight delays. Following the committee's review, all passengers were refunded the amount paid for their tickets.
