The basic gas consumption rate for the heating season has been extended until April 1.

As is known, starting from March 1, the country has implemented a reduction in the base norm for natural gas consumption during the heating season from 500 cubic meters to 100 cubic meters (https://t.me/minenergy_uz/15168).

Considering that a drop in air temperature is expected in March, with nighttime and daytime temperatures potentially falling below 0°C on certain days, which will be colder than usual, and to ensure comfort for the population, following the directive of the head of state, the Cabinet of Ministers has issued a resolution extending the base norm of 500 cubic meters set for the heating season until April 1, 2025.

In November, December, January, and February, the monthly gas usage norms are as follows:

up to 500 m3 – 650 sums (per 1 m3 of gas);

from 501 m3 to 2500 m3 – 1500 sums;

from 2501 m3 to 5000 m3 – 1950 sums;

from 5001 m3 to 10000 m3 – 2275 sums;

10001 m3 and above – 2600 sums.
