In the next stage, four candidates were invited to submit binding offers (BO), with one applicant being disqualified due to failure to meet the criteria, including a lack of verified financial resources for the acquisition of the asset.

By the deadline, two candidates submitted binding offers. The auction winner was recognized as Centrum Aviation FZCO (UAE), which offered the highest price of $24 million.

This offer exceeded the estimated value of the enterprise and was within the upper range of indicative prices calculated by the consultant.

Centrum Aviation FZCO committed to maintaining the core operational profile of the enterprise for at least 10 years, adhering to the maintenance licensing agreements approved by General Motors (USA), and complying with the terms and restrictions set forth in the Main Alliance agreement concerning the use of technological equipment related to General Motors technologies.

The results of the privatization were approved by the State Commission for Privatization and Coordination of State Asset Management Processes.

Centrum Aviation FZCO is part of Centrum Holding and specializes in cargo air transportation, aviation brokerage services, and aircraft leasing. In Uzbekistan, the company operates under the Centrum Air brand.

Uz-Koram Co was established in 1998 with the participation of South Korean investors with the aim of localizing the production of body parts for vehicles. The company is part of the "Uzavtosanoat" structure and produces over 250,000 front and rear bumpers, panels, and other auto parts annually. In April of this year, the enterprise was included in the state privatization program.
