The second flight, 9S2406 Jeddah (JED) – Termez (TMJ), operated by Air Samarkand on an Airbus A321-251NEO (UK32121), was also compelled to change its route due to adverse weather conditions. Visibility in Termez was just 50 meters. Consequently, the flight landed at Samarkand International Airport (SKD).
Passengers from both flights received the necessary assistance and comfort at the airports in Karshi and Samarkand.
