The Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan and the U.S. Secretary of State had a phone conversation.

The agenda for discussion included key issues concerning both bilateral and multilateral relations.

"Establishing strong bridges between business communities, increasing trade volumes in both directions, and ensuring prosperous development in Central Asia and beyond were among the main topics," Saidov reported on his Telegram channel.

Diplomats agreed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and the U.S. State Department will continue to work closely together to expand the strategic partnership between the countries in all areas.

It is worth noting that recently Bakhtiyor Saidov accepted the credentials of the new Ambassador of Georgia to Uzbekistan, Davit Kotaria, as well as those from the newly appointed ambassadors of Estonia, Spain, and Canada.
