A deputy has been appointed for the Andijan region's governor, tasked with overseeing agriculture and water management.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. Ulugbek Rahimov has been appointed as the deputy governor of the Andijan region, responsible for agricultural and water management issues. He will also serve as the head of the regional agriculture department.
В Андижанской области назначен новый заместитель хокима, который будет курировать вопросы сельского и водного хозяйства.

Ulugbek Rakhimov is 54 years old. He is a graduate of the Namangan Institute of Industrial Technology and the Academy of State and Public Construction under the President. Prior to his new appointment, he served as the head of the secretariat of the Hokim of Andijan region for issues related to agriculture and water management.

It should be noted that Ulugbek Rakhimov will replace Avazbek Ergashev, who passed away in December of last year at the age of 58.
