This is a key event for marketing in Uzbekistan, which this year features a new format: 70 speakers from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia, Israel, and the United Kingdom will present simultaneously across 5 halls, with 9 sections operating throughout the day.
“We are holding the conference in this format for the first time to allow all participants to discuss their most pressing business issues. On the other hand, this also presents a challenge for the speakers, as participants will have the option to choose their sections," says Diyor Mirzaakhmedov, chairman of the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan. "The format of 9 parallel sections includes panel discussions, live communication, debates, and answers to questions about contemporary promotion tools.”
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to explore the "Marketing of the Year" exhibition, featuring marketing agencies and forum partners. This year, as tradition dictates, the Tashkent Marketing Awards for the results of 2024 will be awarded to the association's partner brands and leading marketers in the country. Winners in 13 categories will be determined by the leading international social media analytics service, LiveDune, based on its research.
Among the forum speakers:
Sergey Lelikov, founder of the "Higher Courses of Branding BRAND EFFECT" (Russia). Sergey is a brand consultant, brand developer, coach, and lecturer at the top 5 Moscow universities. He is the author of the BRAND EFFECT Method© and the first modern textbook on branding, "Brand Assembly Instructions."
As Sergey noted: “For over 30 years, I have been vibing with branding and helping people and businesses build their brands! I am one of those who helped shape the design, marketing, and advertising market in the country since the early '90s. Hundreds of my students have built successful careers and gained recognition in Russia and beyond. Major clients are listed among the Top 500 RBK.”
At the international conference on February 15, Sergey will discuss how business, marketing, and branding are part of a single brand ecosystem.
On February 16, Sergey will conduct a 6-hour masterclass titled "Brand – the Unrevealed Potential of Your Business." As Sergey describes his presentation, “In the masterclass, you will easily 'assemble your brand' in your mind, just like a shelf from IKEA. No special preparation is required – the Method will connect your accumulated fragmented knowledge into a single brand system, which you will immediately begin to input into the electronic 'Brand Project Notebook' – the roadmap for your business.
The masterclass will help you identify your uniqueness and understand how to position yourself in a competitive environment. What image, slogan, logo, style, and communication do you need for this? For some, it will allow them to completely reassemble their brand, while for others, it will make significant adjustments. But most importantly, the masterclass will significantly shorten your path to your business goals – you will no longer be the same!”
Inga Potskhvishvili, director and founder of the GAMMA agency (Georgia)
Inga has over 25 years of experience in research. She graduated from university with a degree in economics and then continued her studies at the School of Economics in Bucharest.

For me, the implementation of innovative approaches and technologies in our research is crucial. We utilize the most modern tools and methods to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our data,” Inga notes.
At the forum, Inga will discuss what is more important: trends in consumers or consumers in trends.
Evgeniya Sokolova, founder of the boutique marketing agency "Brand Experience" (Russia). Evgeniya works with companies focused on creating premium products and services. She has 17 years of marketing experience, including 5 years with clients such as Cartier, Chanel, Breitling, Vacheron Constantin, Montblanc, Blancpain, Ulysse Nardin, and others. She is a branding lecturer at a university and a board member of the Association of Honest Marketers (Skolkovo). She is also a speaker at the Tough St. Petersburg Forum.
On February 15, all forum participants will learn how to sell at a premium through brand values.
On February 16, Evgeniya invites you to her masterclass, where in 2 hours you will learn how to identify product values and make them valuable to the client.
“There are only two strategies in the market – price strategy and value strategy. For value, you are loved; for price, you are used, which means you can easily be replaced by someone who offers a lower price. How can you fill your product with values that clients are willing to love for a long time and pay a premium for?
Join my masterclass. We will do this together using the technology I employ when creating premium and business segment brands. As a result of the masterclass, you will 'assemble' the values of your product and get answers to two questions:
- Why should they buy from you?
- And how to justifiably raise prices and start selling at a premium?”
The forum will also feature renowned content creator from Kazakhstan Mardan Zhanga-byly - mardan_king, a content creator, videographer, and marketer. Mardan gained 30,000 followers in just one month as the ex-CCO of UvU. He is a co-founder of the marketing agency twofortyseven. Together with Mardan, you will prepare Reels soup and learn all the ingredients of creative content.

Alisher will discuss creativity in brand work from a marketing perspective.
In the Creative/Communication section, there will be a very interesting speaker Zamira Rahmanova, creative director of ISHONCH and co-founder of the beloved Testo by Zamira&Co. An independent consultant in creative communications, Zamira has been in advertising since 2013. In her talk, she will address the important question: Client’s creative director vs. agency’s creative director: who is in charge?
