How is the government order for the training of specialists with higher education established?

According to the document, starting from the 2025-2026 academic year:

• The demand for specialists will be formed for a period of four years, with annual adjustments to the platform considering changing trends in the labor market, the staffing of socio-economic institutions in the regions, and the needs of various sectors of the economy.

The approved procedure includes:

• Rules for collecting and processing data to form the state order and the procedure for its submission to higher authorities;
• Methods for determining employers' demand for specialists with higher education;
• Priority areas for forming the state order to ensure balanced development of economic sectors.

The platform will host data on:

• The number of officially employed individuals in economic sectors by types of economic activity;
• The employment of graduates from state and non-state universities by types of activity after graduation;
• The balance of labor resources, the availability of vacancies in the labor market, and the employment level by types of economic activity;
• The number of graduates from state, non-state, and foreign universities, as well as their branches, working in Uzbekistan;
• The available resources for training in bachelor's and master's programs, including faculty and material-technical base.
