It has been suggested to sell attractive ID card, passport, and driver's license numbers at a premium price.

The project aims to enhance the process of providing government services for the issuance of identification ID cards, biometric passports, driver's licenses, and vehicle registration certificates with unique numbers for an increased fee.

In this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs proposes:

• To introduce a system for issuing the aforementioned documents with popular number combinations at higher prices;

• To provide this government service on a paid basis using technical devices and software.

Citizens of Uzbekistan, foreigners with permanent residence permits, and stateless persons will be able to acquire an ID card number at a premium rate through the information system according to the following scheme:

• Registration on the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services (EPIGU) or the electronic platform;

• Selection of the desired number from those available in the system;

• Receipt of an account number (invoice) for payment;

• Full payment of the specified amount;

• Linking the acquired ID card number to the applicant's personal identification number (PINFL) with notification in the personal account;

• Within 90 days after receiving the notification, the applicant must visit the ID card issuance point to complete the document.
