The Cabinet of Ministers has approved regulations for reimbursing expenses related to projects developed with the participation of small business support centers. This was reported by the Ministry of Justice's legal information channel.

The regulations will be in effect until the end of 2025. According to the document, up to 50% of expenses for insuring imported equipment, as well as for the certification of raw materials and materials used in the project, will be compensated.

The maximum compensation amount will be 30 BRW (11.25 million sums). Only certain types of tools listed in the approved list will qualify for reimbursement.

To receive the payment, an electronic application and order form must be filled out on the Business Portal, along with the submission of documents regarding the equipment and materials. After this, the applicant will contact the Small Business Support Center.

The Center will review the application within 5 working days, after which it will decide whether to approve the compensation payment or deny it. The corresponding conclusion will be prepared on the Business Portal, and the applicant will receive a notification about it.

If the decision is positive, the order will be sent to the State Target Fund for Poverty Reduction on the first working day of the following week. The funds will be transferred to the applicant's specified bank account no later than 3 working days after that.

Previously, Spot reported that the Ministry of Economy and Finance was tasked with optimizing subsidies and other payments for business activities.
