On New Year's Eve, Tashkent's metro will operate until 2:00 AM for the first time.
The Tashkent Metro will extend its service hours for passengers until 2:00 AM on January 1st for the first time. This information was announced by the metro's press service.

"The metro will serve passengers from 5:00 AM on December 31 until 2:00 AM on January 1. This means that the operating hours of the metro stations have been extended by 2 hours compared to the regular schedule," – states the announcement.
The metro also noted that scheduled maintenance will take place during the additional holiday days according to the train schedule. More detailed information will be provided later.
