It is worth noting that on New Year's Eve in New Orleans, USA, a man in a pickup truck drove into a crowd, killing at least 15 people and injuring another 35. The attacker was 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a U.S. citizen from Texas and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
