Мужчину, который домогался стюардессы, задержали на 5 суток.

According to the court's decision, which Kun.uz reviewed, the incident occurred on December 31, 2024, aboard a flight from Sochi to Tashkent. The 39-year-old J.E. was intoxicated and, while approaching the flight attendant, made inappropriate physical contact with her body that had clear sexual undertones.

During the trial, J.E. denied his guilt, claiming that he accidentally touched the flight attendant while picking up a fallen item from the floor.

In contrast, the flight attendant explained that J.E. had intentionally touched her sides multiple times while under the influence of alcohol.

“I admonished him, asking him to stop such behavior. However, J.E. did not cease his actions, disrupted my service to other passengers, and continued to act rudely. I request that legal measures be taken against him,” she stated in court.

According to the decision of the Sergeli District Court for Criminal Cases on January 7, 2025, J.E. was found guilty of committing an offense under part 1 of Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Sexual Harassment). He was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention.
