The head of the Papkovsky district emergency services was arrested for accepting a bribe.

According to the investigation , he promised to arrange a 2-hectare plot of land in the buyer's name through his acquaintances for 160,000 dollars. This land was allocated to the family of the head of the emergency services for the purpose of creating a greenhouse for growing lemons. For this money, he also promised to obtain permission for the construction of cottages.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against him under part 4, clause "a" of article 168 (Fraud) and part 2, clause "b" of article 211 (Bribery) of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway.
