The number of tourists who visited Uzbekistan in 2024 has been announced.
The number of tourists has increased by 24.2 percent compared to 2023.

According to the data from the Statistics Agency, Uzbekistan was visited by 8.2 million foreign citizens for tourism purposes in 2024.
Of these:
• Women — 4,077.1 thousand people (49.8%)
• Men — 4,104.3 thousand people (50.2%)
For comparison, in 2023, Uzbekistan welcomed 6.6 million foreign tourists. The increase amounted to 1.8 million people (24.2%).
The majority of tourists arriving in Uzbekistan are citizens of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
