On February 25, a meeting took place at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Sultanate of Oman, featuring a delegation of female entrepreneurs and business leaders led by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The delegation met with Abdusalom Khatamov, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Oman.

Women entrepreneurs from various sectors – textile production, crafts, agriculture, services, and education – shared their projects and plans for entering the Omani market.
Additionally, proposals for developing bilateral business initiatives were discussed.
The ambassador emphasized the importance of supporting women entrepreneurs and noted that the embassy is ready to provide comprehensive assistance in establishing business contacts.
Uzbekistani women entrepreneurs expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome and valuable recommendations, as well as their interest in establishing long-term cooperation.
