In Uzbekistan, the verification of electricity, gas, and water meters will be proactive.

The following services will become proactive:

1. Verification of electricity metering devices.

2. Verification of natural gas metering devices.

3. Verification of drinking water metering devices.

4. Verification of hot water metering devices.

5. Inclusion of private employment agencies in the Register of Private Employment Agencies.

As clarified by the State Services Agency, three months prior to the expiration of the verification period, authorized bodies will remove the meters, conduct their verification, and reinstall them.

Thus, citizens will not need to worry about the verification of water, gas, and electricity meters, as it will be carried out at the initiative of the authorities.

Additionally, six state services will be transitioned to a composite format, combining two or more services that will be provided under a single application from citizens or legal entities. Among them:

1. Registration of property rights and permanent registration at this address.

2. Registration of lease agreements or gratuitous use of property and temporary registration at this address.

3. Rental of state buildings or structures for a period of no less than 1 year and registration of property rights.

4. Sale of real estate on the E-auksion platform and state registration of property rights.

5. License for medical activities and permission to use X-ray equipment.

6. Obtaining a conclusion on the suitability of containers for transporting hazardous materials and a conclusion on compliance with sanitary norms for the transportation of nuclear and radioactive materials.

Passports for the provision of several permitting and notification state services have also been approved, such as permission for the import and production of biologically active substances, a certificate for the export of cultural values from Uzbekistan, as well as a passport for the activities of customs brokers and the organization of non-governmental archives.

Excessive requirements for the operation of non-governmental archives have also been abolished.
