Rail freight rates are set to increase.

The new coefficients will be:

• 0.814 for routes including the line "Tashguzar — Baysun — Kumkurgan";
• 0.921 for transportation using the line "Angren — Pap";
• 0.921 for routes that involve both lines: "Tashguzar — Baysun — Kumkurgan" and "Angren — Pap";
• 0.774 for routes that do not include the specified lines.

The last increase in coefficients took place in October 2023. Additionally, in November of this year, the company announced a 30% increase in tariffs for providing inventory wagons for domestic freight transportation.

The new edition of the law "On Railway Transport" introduces market pricing in the freight transportation sector, which also entails the cancellation of discounts for domestic transport. However, the possibility of offering such discounts may be established by a separate decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
