The analysis of industrial product output per capita for January 2025 revealed a significant increase over the national average (1,499.8 thousand sums) in Navoi region (11,985.9 thousand sums), Tashkent city (3,306.0 thousand sums), and Tashkent region (2,673.7 thousand sums).
In the production structure, the largest share comes from manufacturing enterprises (79.1%), with a production volume of 44.1 trillion sums.
In January 2025, the largest contributions to the total industrial production in the republic were from Tashkent city (18.2%), Navoi region (23.3%), Tashkent region (14.8%), Andijan region (6.0%), Fergana region (4.8%), and Samarkand region (4.6%).
Compared to the same period in 2024, the average industrial production indicators in the republic increased due to enterprises in Namangan (110.8%), Khorezm (110.7%), Navoi (110.3%) regions, as well as Tashkent city (110.2%).
The output of products produced by mining and quarrying enterprises in January 2025 amounted to 5.6 trillion sums, which is 10.1% of the total industrial volume.
Manufacturing enterprises produced goods worth 44.1 trillion sums in January 2025, accounting for 79.1% of the total industrial output.
In the structure of the manufacturing industry, the share of high-tech sectors was 1.1% (1.3% in January 2024), medium-high-tech - 17.3% (21.3%), medium-low-tech - 42.6% (40.9%), and low-tech - 39.0% (36.6%).
In the volume of manufacturing, the share of enterprises engaged in the production, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment, production of motor vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers, and other finished metal products accounted for 14.9% (physical volume index compared to January 2024 - 100.1%), metallurgical industry - 32.0% (104.3%), and enterprises producing textile products, clothing, and leather goods - 17.5% (102.8%).
In the manufacturing sector, the share of enterprises producing food products, beverages, and tobacco products constituted 18.5% (107.7%), while those producing chemical products, rubber, and plastic goods accounted for 7.3% (111.0%).
In January 2025, the republic produced 99.0 thousand tons of automotive gasoline (a decrease of 20.5%), 58.3 thousand tons of cotton yarn (an increase of 22.5%), 8.3 million liters of beer (a decrease of 22.1%), and 65.6 thousand tons of flour from soft and spelt wheat (a decrease of 13.9%).

Compared to the corresponding period in 2024, in January 2025, there was an increase in textile waste production by 29.4%, a growth in services for the removal, transportation, and treatment of wastewater by 9.1%, as well as a decrease in services for the emptying, cleaning, and treatment of cesspools, sedimentation tanks, and septic tanks by 5.8%.
