The Prime Minister of Pakistan will visit Uzbekistan soon to sign several agreements aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two countries.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, Shavkat Mirziyoyev has invited Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif to visit Uzbekistan. The official visit is scheduled for February 25-26.
На днях премьер-министр Пакистана посетит Узбекистан для подписания нескольких документов, направленных на развитие сотрудничества между странами.

The agenda for the upcoming high-level negotiations includes issues related to the further development and expansion of Uzbek-Pakistani strategic partnership and multifaceted cooperation.

The focus will be on joint plans to increase trade turnover, enhance transportation connectivity, and unlock transit potential, as well as promoting cooperation projects in the fields of light and leather industries, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, electrical engineering, and other sectors of the economy.

Issues concerning the activation of cultural, humanitarian, and tourism ties will also be addressed. There will be an exchange of views on current international and regional agendas.

Following the summit, it is planned to adopt a Joint Declaration and a number of bilateral documents.

As part of the business program of the visit, the leaders will also participate in a joint Uzbek-Pakistani business forum.
