After a brief conversation, Shahbaz Sharif, accompanied by the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, visited the "New Uzbekistan" park, where he laid flowers at the base of the Independence Monument.
Sharif's visit to Uzbekistan is ongoing, and negotiations aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries are expected to take place as part of his agenda.
