The law consists of 17 articles and 10 appendices, which reflect the main economic indicators for the upcoming year. In particular, it is expected that the country's GDP will grow by 6% this year. The consolidated budget revenues are projected to amount to 431 trillion sums, while expenditures are estimated at 480.5 trillion sums.

In this context, the revenues of the state budget are set at 308.5 trillion sums, while expenditures, including transfers to state targeted funds, are expected to reach 344.8 trillion sums.

Additionally, the transfer of 18.5 trillion sums in inter-budget transfers from the republican budget to local budgets is planned.

This year, social orientation in budget expenditures will also be maintained. To enhance the autonomy of districts and cities, all revenues from turnover tax, land tax, and property tax of legal entities will remain in their budgets, along with at least 50% of personal income tax revenues. This will not affect taxes paid by large taxpayers.
