A flight from Tashkent to Vietnam has been delayed due to a technical malfunction.

An Air Samarkand aircraft scheduled for the Tashkent – Phu Quoc (Vietnam) flight was unable to take off due to a technical malfunction, according to a statement from the airline's press service.

According to the company's data, flight 9S-1021 was scheduled to depart on February 21 at 23:55.

"At the start of the takeoff roll, the crew detected a vibration in the landing gear and, adhering to safety regulations, made the correct and professional decision to abort the takeoff," the message states (https://t.me/AirSamarkandAirlines/145).

Currently, work is underway to replace this component. Once the malfunction is resolved, an additional comprehensive inspection of the aircraft will be conducted.

In accordance with aviation regulations, all passengers were accommodated in hotels. The next flight is expected to depart on February 22 at 22:00 local time.
