A city bus crashed into a tree in Tashkent.

The Tashkent city administration reported an incident involving a bus in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district.

According to available information, on February 27, a bus on route No. 50 crashed into a tree on Ziyolilar Street. The cause was identified as a technical malfunction in the vehicle's suspension system.

Emergency services and ambulance crews quickly arrived at the scene. Preliminary reports indicate that one person sustained injuries, and their condition is being assessed.

“Authorized agencies are conducting an investigation to determine all circumstances. Additional information will be provided following the investigation,” the statement reads.

Previously, there were reports of a bus fire in Tashkent, as well as a bus overturning in Samarkand, where 22 people were injured .
