A 25-hectare plot on the outskirts of Tashkent was sold at auction for 522 billion soums. The auction took place on January 3rd on the E-auksion platform and involved a parcel of land located in the Alisherobod neighborhood of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent.

The plot, covering an area of 25.5 hectares, is located between the streets of New Uzbekistan, Binokor, and Jasorat, opposite the under-construction "Tashkent-East" airport. The site is planned for the construction of multi-apartment buildings with heights ranging from 4 to 6 floors, office and hotel complexes, as well as commercial and service facilities. The area is already equipped with essential utility services—electricity, water supply, and gas supply.

The winner of the auction will lease the plot for 49 years, with a commitment to make the initial payment within 15 working days, and to pay the remaining amount over three years.

Valid Trading was established in 2019 in the Zangiata district of Tashkent region and is engaged in wholesale trade. The company's authorized capital amounts to 1.04 billion sums, and the sole founder is Voris Abduvaliev. He is also the head of Gatter Group, which specializes in wholesale trading of food and beverages, and a co-owner alongside partners Ravshan Jamilov and Fathullah Sadikov.
