Uzbekistan and China have discussed enhancing their transport and logistics cooperation.

The main topics of the negotiations included the development of multimodal transport, an increase in freight turnover between the two countries, the organization of container block trains, and the optimization of logistics chains.

A key outcome of the visit was the opening of the first representative office of AO "Temiriyulkargo" in China. This event significantly expands the company's international presence, creating new opportunities for enhancing transport efficiency and developing partnerships with Chinese colleagues.

Additionally, the parties discussed issues related to delays of wagons and containers at border points, and agreed to hold regular meetings to improve coordination and expedite transport processes.

The negotiations resulted in cooperation agreements with China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group and LLC "Lianyungang Port Group." These agreements aim to create synergy and increase cargo flow volumes, which, in turn, will contribute to strengthening economic ties between Uzbekistan and China.
