Uzbekistan and China are enhancing their collaboration in the agriculture sector.

This year, it was noted that the relationship between Uzbekistan and China in the agricultural sector, including cotton production, seed cultivation, and research initiatives, has significantly strengthened.

During the negotiations, proposals were made for joint efforts in areas such as fish feed production, livestock development, animal disease control, and the processing of fruits and vegetables. Special attention was given to the implementation of advanced agricultural technologies and the efficient use of water resources.

The Chinese delegation expressed interest in exploring Uzbekistan's needs and opportunities to formulate specific proposals. Representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan, in turn, confirmed their readiness to provide comprehensive support within their capabilities.

As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed to prepare detailed proposals for cooperation in key areas of agriculture and to continue strengthening their partnership in the future.
