Government payments are designated for leveling land used for crops, as well as for purchasing seeders and seedling equipment. This subsidy mechanism will remain in effect until the end of 2026.
Specifically, expenses for fuel and lubricants used during leveling will be reimbursed up to 1 million sums per hectare, while farmers will receive a 20% reimbursement on the cost of seeders purchased.
To facilitate the subsidy process in the districts, working groups will be established. Farmers will be able to submit applications through the "Agrosubsidy" system, attaching the required documents.
Applications for cost reimbursement for leveling will be accepted within five days after the completion of the work, while requests for subsidies for equipment purchases will be accepted within one year of the acquisition.
After the application is submitted, the working group will conduct an on-site inspection: within three working days for leveling and within five days for equipment purchases. If there are no violations, a report will be prepared and sent to the Ministry of Agriculture.
The ministry will review the documents within three working days, after which it will decide whether to allocate the subsidy or deny the request. In the case of a positive decision, the funds will be transferred to the farmer's main bank account.
