An Uzbek national, who sustained serious injuries in Thailand, has returned to his homeland.

A citizen of Uzbekistan, who fell from the sixth floor of a hotel in Pattaya and sustained serious injuries, has been repatriated to his home country, reports the news agency "Dunyo."

The consul visited Chonburi Hospital to inquire about the condition of the injured person.

Additionally, the issue of a debt amounting to 352,000 Thai Baht (10,400 dollars) incurred during treatment was resolved. Specifically, as a result of negotiations with the hospital management, 101,000 Baht was paid by the patient and his relatives. The remaining debt of 251,000 Baht (7,400 dollars) was waived by the hospital administration.

Furthermore, due to the loss of the passport of a citizen of Uzbekistan, the Consulate General issued him a certificate for his return to his homeland.
