The parties discussed the prospects for increasing lending volumes, including the possibility of establishing a renewable credit line and expanding existing agreements.

Representatives of ADCB expressed their readiness to provide financial support to JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" in all areas of its operations in 2025.

It is worth noting that the cooperation between JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" and ADCB is already formalized under a club agreement, which includes areas related to lending and the issuance of eurobonds. The bank plays a crucial role in evaluating eurobonds, determining their value, attracting investors, organizing presentations, coordinating the placement process, and concluding agreements with investors.

Following the negotiations, the parties confirmed their interest in further strengthening and developing the partnership.
