Uzbek officers have graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the United Kingdom, Ravshan Usmanov, attended the graduation ceremony of officers from the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan, who completed their training at one of the world's prestigious institutions, the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

At the ceremonial event, representatives from the United Kingdom, high military-political establishment, and diplomats were present. The total number of attendees exceeded 700, including cadets from 30 countries around the world.

The ceremony commenced with a parade of cadets, after which participants were invited to a formal reception. The academy's leadership highlighted the achievements of Uzbek officers, who demonstrated exceptional discipline, leadership qualities, and excellent academic preparation.

The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst is the oldest military educational institution in the world. Among its alumni are notable figures such as Winston Churchill, Emir of Qatar Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah, as well as the grandsons of the English king – Princes William and Harry.
