In 2024, the losses from energy resource theft amounted to 1.4 trillion sums.

In 2024, during monitoring activities, 8,289 violations related to the illegal use of natural gas and electricity were identified. This was reported by “Uzenergoinspektsiya” .

These violations caused damage to state interests amounting to 1 trillion 409 billion sums. Of these:

• electricity — 730.1 billion sums (91 mining farms, 184 gas filling stations, 1,422 water pumps);
• natural gas — 679.1 billion sums (57 gas filling stations, 64 greenhouses, 5 lime production workshops).

As a result, licenses were revoked from 51 gas filling stations.

Additionally, 9,084 administrative cases were initiated regarding violations of energy resource usage rules by consumers.

Among the samples taken for analysis at gas stations and enterprises, 189 instances showed non-compliance in the quality of 5.348 million liters of petroleum products, and their sale was prevented.

Furthermore, based on instructions issued to consumers with a capacity of 50 kW and above, reactive power compensation devices were installed in 25,730 cases. This allowed for an increase in the power factor at 26 substations and in 671 networks. Administrative protocols were drawn up against 1,523 consumers who failed to comply with the instructions.
