One hundred electric buses from China are set to arrive in Andijan.
A delegation from Uzbekistan is in discussions with Chinese companies to purchase 100 electric buses, which will be delivered to Andijan. This information was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport.

"The purchase of 100 electric buses is planned to enhance the fleet with new modern buses and electric buses, as well as to fully implement the gross contracts system in Andijan," – states the announcement.
Currently, a delegation consisting of representatives from the Andijan region's hokimiyat, the transport department, and potential entrepreneurs is in China.
The delegation members are in discussions with companies "Lanzhou Guangtong Nev Energy Automobile Co., Ltd" and "Guangtong" regarding the production of electric buses, delivery services, and other matters, as well as taking practical steps to sign contracts.
