In Andijan, a man who harassed his 13-year-old neighbor was sentenced to 5 days in jail.

In the Asaka district, a man who committed lewd acts against a minor girl, along with his wife who acted as an intermediary, were held administratively accountable. Kun.uz has reviewed the court's decision.

According to the court ruling, the incident took place on November 9, 2024, in the "Yuksalish" neighborhood of the Asaka district. B.A., born in 1987, asked the underage girl to satisfy his sexual needs at his home, offering her 100,000 sums in return.

B.A.'s wife, T.Y., born in 1992, also urged their 13-year-old neighbor to fulfill her husband's sexual desires for money. The girl, frightened by their actions, fled the house.

B.A. admitted his guilt in court, stating that he had asked his wife to bring their underage neighbor to satisfy his sexual needs and then fell asleep.

T.Y. also acknowledged her guilt in court.

"On November 9, 2024, my husband asked me to bring our neighbor to satisfy his sexual needs. I brought the girl to our home and told her I would give her 50,000 sums if she satisfied my husband's needs. I regret what I did," the woman stated in court.

The legal representative of the victim demanded that legal measures be taken against the offenders.

The Asaka District Court on criminal cases found B.A. and T.Y. guilty of committing an offense under part 1 of Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Sexual Harassment). B.A. was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention, while T.Y. received a fine amounting to twice the base calculation value (750,000 sums).
