A new Minister of Economy and Finance has been appointed in Karakalpakstan.

Nurlan Yerlepesov has been appointed as the first deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan, responsible for finance, economy, and poverty alleviation, as well as serving as the Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic.
