The Ministry of Emergency Situations has a new leader: a former military prosecutor has taken the helm.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – Podrobno.uz. Botir Kudratkhodjaev has been appointed as the Minister of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan. Previously, he served as the Deputy Attorney General and Military Prosecutor.

The corresponding decree was signed by the president. Earlier, the candidacy of Kudrathodjaev was approved by the deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

In this position, he replaced Abdulla Kuldoshev, who had led the agency since 2022. There was no official announcement regarding his dismissal.
