A fire broke out in a furniture workshop in Namangan.

According to the data from the regional emergency service, on February 20 at approximately 18:39, a report was received by the Namangan emergency department regarding a fire in a furniture repair shop owned by a private entrepreneur, located in the "Guzal" mahalla of the Yangiyer district.

Fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene at 18:47, and the fire was completely extinguished by 19:00.

As a result of the fire, 25 square meters of the ceiling and roof of the building were damaged. Rescuers managed to prevent the fire from spreading to an area of 70 square meters.

There were no casualties or injuries. An investigation is currently underway.
