In Tashkent, a blogger violated traffic laws and harmed the environment by using toilet paper for "content."

After using an entire mountain of toilet paper for their shoot, the blogger and his team left behind a pile of trash. The situation has been examined by representatives from the Ministry of Ecology and the Tashkent Department of Internal Affairs.
В Ташкенте блогер нарушил правила дорожного движения и причинил экологический вред, используя туалетную бумагу для создания контента.

On December 31, a video circulated on social media showing a group of people collecting toilet paper rolls and destroying them with a car. Later footage revealed that the paper was left on the ground, polluting the environment.

As reported on January 2 by the head of the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of Tashkent's Interior Ministry, Kahramon Khudoyberganov, blogger Jasurbek Shodiyev ("Jasjan") was held accountable for this violation.

According to the blogger, he did this "for the content," and the video garnered over 4 million views on social media. Shodiyev apologized and promised that such incidents would not happen again.

The incident took place on December 30 in the "Bogbon" neighborhood of the Tashkent district in Tashkent region. A person was standing on a pile of toilet paper when a VAZ-2107 vehicle sped underneath him. Fortunately, there were no injuries, but the car sustained damage to its windshield and bumpers.

In addition to the fine imposed by the Traffic Safety Department, environmental inspectors also fined the blogger an amount equal to five times the base calculation amount (1,875,000 sums) for environmental pollution.

Furthermore, the vehicle featured in the video was located, impounded, and an administrative report was filed against the driver.

It is worth noting that in September 2022, this blogger's Instagram account was checked, revealing that he had posted videos that violated public order: using profanity, insulting citizens, and displaying indecent behavior. At that time, Jasurbek Shodiyev was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
