In Tashkent, a criminal case has been initiated against individuals who cut down 37 trees.

Three individuals cut down dozens of decorative, fruit-bearing, and other types of trees along the banks of the Buridjar Canal in the Chilanzar district. According to Shukrullo Abdurakhmonov, the head of the district's environmental department, the environmental damage amounts to 207 million sums.
