In the Tashkent region, the cost of hot water and heating will increase.

According to the decision made by the Kengash of People's Deputies of the Tashkent region, starting from February 1, 2025, there will be changes to the rates for hot water supply and heating services provided by thermal energy companies. This information was reported by the press service of the regional Hokimat.

It has been noted that the prices for services provided to consumers by the production management "Issiqlik Manbai," GUP "Angren Issiqlik Energiya," Chirchik enterprise "Issiqlik Energiya," and LLC "Olmalik Issiqlik Manbai" are changing.

Specifically, "Issiqlik Manbai" proposes to set the tariff for hot water supply and heating services at 93,464 sums/Gcal (including VAT), whereas the current price stands at 81,312 sums.

Additionally, if a meter is installed, the cost for one cubic meter of hot water will be 5,144 sums (currently 4,472 sums). If there is no meter, an individual will have to pay more than 20,000 sums per month.

As a reminder, in September 2024, the City Council of Tashkent reviewed the regulated tariffs for heating services. At that time, prices were increased by 15%. Specifically, the new retail tariff for providing the population with thermal energy and hot water was set at 121,617 sums/Gcal.
